Sarah and Laura challenged us to think differently and nudged us gently to create something beyond our already lofty expectations. The way they layered multiple colours and textures went far beyond anything we could have envisaged by ourselves. They see things in a unique and original way, and as a consequence one never tires of spending time in the house.

They took the time to really understand our home, and were brilliant at incorporating our existing art, making it feel integral to the overall design rather than an afterthought and their suggestions around structural re-organising of 2 bedrooms has transformed how the house works for us.

Vanrenen Hanbury were incredibly organised, calm and encouraging throughout, giving my husband and me the confidence to embrace ideas that sometimes felt brave (I needed quite a lot of hand holding at times!) but always made sense within their clear vision. They knew exactly when to guide us and when to reassure us, helping us see the bigger picture at every stage.
